  I stayed 3 nights at this hotel from May 8th to May 11th. I have stayed here a few times previouslyThis stay was booked ( as always ) directly on the hotel websiteThe hotel is 7 floors tallThe location is excellent if arriving by train in Frankfurt, either from anywhere in Europe or in my case, from the airport. The hotel is located a short walk from the main train station. A side exit from the train station leads directly to the hotel entrance across a streetThis hotel has adopted full control over the room Air Conditioning., The hotel sets the room temperature, which I could not ascertain what it was, but the control panel inside the front door only allows a guest to change it by + / - 3 degrees. I like to sleep in a "cool room" but with the -3 set on the unit, my room was still too hot to sleep comfortably. I had to sleep with the window open to allow cool air in, but this brought street noise / emergency vehicles sirens / traffic etc. the location of the AC Unit, inside the room entrance was dark and made it almost impossible to read how to use the unitThe room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. There was adequate plug points beside the bed and on the work table in the room. I dont know if the rooms beside me had guests in them or not, but i heard absolutely no noise if there were. It's only a small thing, but I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the room ... a note to management, It would be nice to have this in the fridge instead of on top of itThe TV system at this hotel is really poor. While there are lots of channels in various languages to choose from, the reception on all was appalling. Signal kept breaking up making it impossible to watch anything. this issue was also present on my last visit in November 2025The bathroom was really good with hot water in the sink coming out immediately, the rainfall shower head in the shower was a delight to use with good pressure, the shower also had a "wand" to shower with alsoWhen I checked in, I was asked did want my room made up each day, to which I said no, then was told if I needed anything to call reception and it would be looked after. the night I arrived, I called and asked for another pillow as there was only 1 supplied and it was too soft, I was told another would be delivered to my room but after 2 hours waiting I called reception again to be told, if I call down they would give me another pillowSaturday afternoon, I asked to have my bin emptied in my room and my towels changed. I told reception, I would be out all day Sunday, so anytime Sunday would be good for me, I arrived back in the hotel and no one had been to empty the bin, nor change my towels. I called reception again and was told they would get someone to replace the towels for me .... once again, no one came, this meant I had no change of towels for my 3 night stayBreakfast was on the 1st floor as the usual breakfast area was undergoing renovation. You are given a token at check in, which is taken from you to have breakfast. Although basic, it was adequate kept me going. Coffee was excellentOverall, I like this Intercity hotel, Its a great location, great price and very clean.Every single staff member I had dealings with were friendly , Professional and helpfulOf particular mention is Max, This gentle man is a credit to the Hotel. A wonderful friendly guy who clearly goes out of his way for hotel guests. My sincerest thanks to him for all his help and assistanceWould I stay again ..... absolutely.

  For the past five years, hotels have been giving all sorts of issues which were added stress from travel. However, this hotel was a rare gem. I would give them 10 out of 5, not just 5 out of 5 or or 10 out of 10, but 10 out of 5. January in Germany was cold, after a long day of sightseeing and activities, I was actually looking forward to return to the hotel for a good rest. It was cozy, functional, and comfortable. I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel, nothing. It was an enjoyable stay which it removed travel stress for me. If I am in Frankfurt again, this will be my go-to hotel again.What I liked about this hotel:1. Renovated new2. Extremely functional room design, all details and how guests will use things were all carefully thought through and thought out. Lots of places throughout the room, not just the bathroom area, to hang clothes. A normal cloth hanger where you place on a door opener may not stay still, but they carefully designed it with a concave arc shape to make the cloth hanger stable. I was super impressed and it's this type of attention to detail that sets this hotel apart. (Please see the attached photo)3. The room size is just about right in European standard, not too big, not too small either.4. Excellent hot shower temperature and pressure.5. Very clean room and lobby/common area - the housekeeping did an excellent job6. Quiet - they do enforce quiet hours7. Location - right next to Frankfurt Main train station, easy access to everything, there are also quick bites and restaurants inside of train station that you can find foods. 15-20 minute walk to Romer Square, and Stadel Musuem. There are Flixbus nearby that will take you to/from the airport. 8. In the room, there is a map on the wall, through it, I discovered more attractions to visit.9. The thermometer/thermostat was easy to operate. The hotel provided clear and easy to follow instruction, no confusion and it worked. (Please see the attached photo)10. The refrigerator door was attached to the cabinet door, so you just needed to open the cabinet door and the refrigerator would be open.11. Good and courteous front desk staff across the board12. I communicated with them to let them know additional things I may need, and when I got there, they were all ready upon arrival.Other things you need to know:1. The hotel has self-check in kiosk, if you choose do check in this way, you may get the room early if they are available. If you do in person, check in with a staff at the check in counter, you will have to wait until 3pm the standard check in time to do so.2. It's more like a 3-star hotel in terms of amenities, but you have the basic, and they did well with the basic. The room was well designed so when these basics were done right, service and maintenance all become much easier.

  Absolutely loved this hotel. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room was small but adequate. Staff was super helpful making an absolute great dinner rec. I asked for more towels and pillows and right up they came. If I ever go to Frankfurt again I’m staying there.

  We stayed here one night while traveling in Germany and the hotel was very nice.. the people were very friendly.. the rooms were clean and spacious, kind of futuristic looking.. the breakfast included was a wonderful spread.. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Frankfurt.
