    Great rooms with kids - comfortable beds. We came with our nanny and she was staying in the connected room. The valet parket is really practical. Check-In and Check -Out were efficient. Only the breakfast was better when it was still under the Jumeirah brand.

    Just back from a short trip to Frankfurt with my daughter, and I can honestly say our stay at the JW Marriott was exceptional.From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Every member of staff we encountered was not only professional, but warm, attentive, and truly committed to making our stay special. It’s rare to experience that level of consistency across an entire team.The hotel itself is immaculate — beautifully designed, spotless throughout, and our room was absolutely stunning. Everything felt luxurious, comfortable, and thoughtfully done.What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. The staff go above and beyond in a way that feels natural and sincere, not forced. A very special thank you to Julija, who took such wonderful care of both myself and my daughter and played a big part in making this trip so memorable for us.The location is also perfect — right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and everything you need.I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this is without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had. In fact, we’re already talking about coming back to Frankfurt just so we can stay here again.If you’re visiting Frankfurt, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

    We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers. It is located next to lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery store etc. The My Zein Mall is right next door connected to the hotel via the gym. The train station is right around the corner which is very convenient. I had a deluxe King panoramic view room and it was very spacious and very clean. The room had a Nespresso coffee maker which was a nice treat for morning coffee. We ate breakfast every morning in the Breakfast Restaurant on the 1st floor. The food was fresh and tasty. The buffet is a selection of meats and cheeses and delicious pastries and breads along with yogurt, muesli and various cereals. There is lot of fruit and a few hot options. There is a nice juice station and lots of coffee options too. If you prefer egg dishes you can order from the menu. The gym is connected to the mall and is enormous with lots of machines and weights. There is a pool and sauna too. It is not a 24 hour gym but hours are posted. It seemed quite busy when I was there but waiting for a machine didn’t seem to be an issue. Staff at the hotel are top notch. They are friendly, informative, helpful and make a point of anticipating the needs of the guest. I asked for extra coffee one more and was given extra coffee and supplies the next day too without asking. I really appreciated that kindness. Concierge is exceptional and knowledgeable about the area with great recommendations. I think the positives far outweigh the negatives. My only criticisms are- there is no Marriott lounge which was a little disappointing as I like to enjoy the lounge for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. I also found the bathroom to be extremely small considering the size of the room. Lastly, there is no outlet in the bathroom for a hair drier which is an inconvenience. The outlet in the rooms are no where near a mirror which makes it hard to do your hair. The mall next door is crazy busy on Friday nights and Saturdays which can be a little overwhelming when you are trying to get around this area. Be careful and watch your bag! These minor inconveniences are just that- inconvenient and not major issues. Overall- I enjoyed my stay immensely and was comfortable here.

    Celebratory Stay in a Beautiful Grand Suite. Truly Memorable

    Our stay at the JW Marriott Frankfurt was nothing short of exceptional.Prior to arrival, the team contacted us to personalize our stay, and since we were celebrating my husband’s early retirement, they ensured our visit was extra special. We were upgraded to a Grand Suite from a standard room reservation which was spacious, luxurious, and immaculate. A box of chocolates and a personalized card was a wonderful surprise and an absolute treat.Check-in was seamless with a warm towel, glass of water, and glasses of champagne. I apologize I couldn’t remember the young lady who checked us in was genuinely attentive and warm, I do remember Princess at the front desk, who gave excellent recommendations for exploring the city.The location is unbeatable, in the city center next to Zeil Mall and the train station.The team honored our Gold status beautifully and made this celebratory trip truly memorable.     Nice Central Hotel

    Nice hotel very central. The hotel is attached to My Ziel mall and share a common fitness centre.Its in the main shopping area.Its in Atal skyscraper so views are good.Rooms are clean ,beds are very comfortable. All amenities are up to the mark.The bathrooms are big with separate shower and bathtub.Breakfast is Ok but expensive to what you get .Bar is in the lobby and serves good drinks.SPA is ok too.Our stay did not go very well because the shower did not have hot water all 4 days. We did mention it to the front desk staff several times, they did send a technician, but was not fixed. We complained again but it was brushed off and not handled well. I was very disappointed.
