Location

Located on the idyllic Wiesenhüttenplatz, this old-world grandeur hotel is wonderfully juxtaposed against the vibrant city of Frankfurt. Sightseeing attractions such as the Goethe Museum or the Alten Oper are less than 3 km away. The main train station and further links to the public transport network are just a few minutes away. Frankfurt Airport is a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1905. Guests have a choice of 9 junior suites, 211 single rooms and 80 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 13 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar, followed by a dip in the pool, offer the perfect way to unwind. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. Active guests can enjoy cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and aerobics.     Beautiful hotel, convenient location, very friendly staff with fully renovated beautiful, quiet, very clean rooms with large enclosed spa bathroom and AC worked/quiet. We enjoyed the amenities, free daily coffee, candy corner and one free mini bar item/stay. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast is exceptional. We picked sight seeing tours and pick up was beside the hotel. If walking to Altstadt recommend the walk along the river.

    I had an amazing stay at Le Méridien Frankfurt. My experience was made even more comfortable because of Mr. Manoj, who went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed.It was very nice to meet someone from our home country, as it made communication much easier. Mr. Manoj not only explained all the hotel facilities but also guided us about nearby attractions and the safest routes to travel around the city. His support and hospitality were truly appreciated.The hotel itself is excellent. There are good Indian food options nearby, including Saravanaa Bhavan. There is also a beautiful bridge and walking areas nearby, which are perfect for a morning walk. From my room, I had a lovely view of a garden located just opposite the hotel.The hotel provides complimentary coffee coupons, and guests can also enjoy the sauna and other facilities. The design of the hotel is modern, elegant, and very comfortable.I would highly recommend both this hotel and Mr. Manoj for making our stay memorable.Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

    We were staying at Le Meridien Frankfurt for 1 night but in the morning at breakfast my relative felt ill. The care and concern from the breakfast crew and the front office Mr Bescha were extraordinary and everyone went out of the way to assist us as best they could. Pleased to say my relative recovered quite quickly and we will never forget your kindness Le Meridien Frankfurt. You are truly a shining example of hospitality.
