    I stay at Leonardo Hotel Eschborn Frankfurt frequently for business. They are excellent on all fronts – clean rooms, great breakfast, and professional staff. Always a reliable choice for my trips.

    We were a group of 4, visiting family in the area. We had 2 rooms, but in both rooms the AC did absolutely nothing. After the first night they offered us a transfer to 2 different rooms, but there the AC was not working at all. Luckily during the night the outside temperature became better, so we had at least half a night of sleep. But avoid this hotel in summertime.The rooms were clean, decorated in a modern style, as expected. The breakfast (not included) was a bit disappointing for the price. Not bad, but we had better in similar hotels.

    Nice hotel when driving from Copenhagen and South. Clean and comfortable room with quiet surroundings. Uninspiring showergel and no butter for breakfast. Very reasonable price - changing of car did not work for us though. But overall a good choise

    I wasn’t here for long given a late arrival and fairly early start but experience was good. Check in efficient and quick, room nice and also clean, bar/restaurant good and a nice breakfast.Staff all friendly and helpful so overall a good experience and I’d stay here again.

    The facilities are new and modern; however, the service could use significant improvement. The reception staff offered minimal assistance, often citing how “busy they were” as a reason. Despite booking three rooms for my family, I had to request multiple times that they provide neighboring rooms for me and my minor children, even though many rooms on the same floor were vacant.After a week’s stay, I asked a bearded staff member at the reception for a trolley to help transport our bags to a nearby building, but he refused without any reason despite there were two trolley available.In contrast, the neighboring hotel I later moved to was very accommodating and assisted with luggage transport.On a positive note, the bartender was friendly and provided good service.The A/C was not functioning, making the rooms on the south side uncomfortably hot. Opening the windows for ventilation brought in loud noise from large outdoor fans, which disturbed our sleep.
