Location

This hotel is located in Sachsenhausen, the oldest district of the city of Frankfurt am Main that lies about 3 km from the city centre. A bus stop lies directly in front of the hotel and Südbahnhof underground station is a 10-minute walk away. Guests will discover an abundance of museums, bars, restaurants and shopping venues within 5 min of the hotel.

Facility

439 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 25-storey main building and a 26-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Positives - looks modern and new, welcoming atmosphere, really nice breakfast and plenty of selection. Great shower in the roomsNegatives - the pillows are ridiculously soft so not ideal if you like a firmer pillow, air con wasn’t working, room felt very stuffy. No USB ports in the rooms. Towels could have been biggerOverall it’s nice and does what it says on the tin. It’s a bit far out so if you’re coming for the football, the benefit of hindsight I would have stayed closer to the centre.     A cozy hotel that is clean and comfortable.We travelled as a family with our child and had a lovely stay. The staff at reception, restaurants, bars and the housekeeping team were all pleasant to deal with.The room is very spacious - we stayed on the 10th floor - and modern looking. The two single beds can be pushed together and the mattresses were firm (which we prefer) with medium and soft pillows to choose from.A modern bathroom with rainfall shower head and lots of towels.The sports bar is nice and small and serves a few small plates of hot food. We are here on our first night. Reasonably priced too.We never went to the breakfast as we prefer to organise our own breakfasts outside.We ate at the restaurant one night and although it was a buffet, they still had an à la carte selection was generous for all tastes.A lovely stay in a hotel that a ten minute taxi from the city.     Everything was perfect. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, and the service is the ex factor. Excellent! The staff was very kind and helpful with each and everything.     Great sports bar, screens, bar staff, matches etc. But awful piped in music ruins the atmosphere, too loud, totally inappropriate for the people who are watching . Service was dismal. Old configuration rooms are bad but newer ones are much better. Food is average. Cleanliness needs a lot of work. Amenities need to be working.
