  The apartment where I was staying was big and very well equipped. Not so fancy and new but clean with balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly.   Nice Hotel night before flight

  Was a great hotel for a night before an early flight. Staff was great room was spacious and clean. They offered free water and candy. Had drinks and snacks for purchase as we checked in at 10 at night.

  A failed experiment

  For us (there were two of us with two rooms), this hotel was an experiment. Regrettably, the result was failure, and I have canceled subsequent bookings here.For starters, the location is hard to conceive of as being convenient to anything. I have lived in the city of Frankfurt or the area for 22 years and had never before been to the neighborhood where this hotel is located, at the end of the tram line 11 and a long distance from the city center. Is this really still even Frankfurt?The gym, nominally large, was a mammoth disappointment. At first glance, it appears well equipped, but that impression quickly succumbs to reality. The Smith machine is utter crap; the bar adamantly resists being pushed up, pushed down, and above all unhooked. This is not just inconvenient but potentially dangerous. There are no dumbbells heavier than 10kg - this is ridiculously insufficient. Hotels that hardly even have a fitness area worth mentioning STILL tend to have dumbbells that go up to 20 or 30kg! What can one do with 10kg? And since it's impossible here to do any free weight exercises that don't involve the dumbbells or the Smith machine, then if you wanted a free-weight workout, you will probably have to adjust your plans.The room was incredibly warm, so much so that in early February I had to sleep without bedsheets. It may be that I could have adjusted the temperature. I did not attempt it.In any case, my main objection was the internet connection. It was dismal - as unreliable as I've ever experienced in a hotel. For this reason alone, I've crossed the hotel off my list of places to stay. If in 2026 a hotel does not have decent internet, then it can only be a conscious choice.And why is my credit card charged separately for the two rooms? Why do you have to make things more complicated? It was ONE booking!Breakfast was better than expected (e.g. baked salmon, potato pancakes, beans in tomato sauce, mushrooms), but hopefully that's the last time I will wake up in this place anyway.   Lovely hotel for a stopover in transit - Right on a tram line so early morning train was easy to get to via public transport. Staff was super welcoming and kind at check-in and bed comfy.
