    Average but no WiFi

    I stayed in Derag Hotel on 3 separate occasions. The appartments are ok (what you would expect for that price range) and the staff globally friendly and helpful. However, in 2018 no functioning WiFi in a hotel is not acceptable. On my 3 different stays, spanning over a year the WiFi did not work (almost completely), I reported the problem each time but it seems nothing has been done about it. So for this last reason, if you are a person who needs a good connexion for work or for your hobbies, I would advise to avoid this hotel at all costs.

    Deregulation Aparthotel is perfectly located just steps away from the world famous Opera House. All major museums and attractions are about a 10 - 15 minutes walk. Access to the public transport is also excellent. The appartments are spacious & provide you with everything you need in your travels. The staff are very friendly & helpful. My only recommendation to the management is to look into their cleaning contractors. Maybe they can provide better services. I don't have any hesitation recommending this place to my fellow travellers.

    I have stayed a few times, and though I knew there are different layouts of rooms, I really did not know there are also better kitchens.I always had the camper van kitchen option in the past. This time, a small but normal one, with cabinets and work space. I also learned that some rooms have ovens. This one did not, but good to know for next time.Otherwise, nice room lay out, with the separate bedroom on the upper level.Also nice was the wing in the Charlotte building facing the back, so a bit more quiet.Service very nice as usual.Another very good stay at the JW

    All the staff offered me an excellent service and so kind with smiling to their guests. From the reception ladies, whenever I have asked to them, they gave me that positve answered all the time. It is really good time to spend in the hotel. I wish to visit again soon.

    Derag, is located at very good and posh location. My experience has always been good in past 2 visit. This time I was just not happy because 1) they have not upgraded the hotel in past 10years. 2. Bad experience with the house keeping, as they just come in your room without any notice. Happened to me twice and both the time I was taking bath. 3. Even being associated for so long, they were not ready to change or upgrade the room as I was unhappy with the room, almost half of the room were empty in the hotel. 4. Common Clothes drying machine was not working properly, there are no dish washer, In kitchen electric plate was not working properly.
