    Faulty Towers comes to Frankfurt

    Has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. More like a hostel than hotel, no amenities as advertised, beds were so uncomfortable. Shower was useless, either scolding hot or freezing cold. Breakfast was, well, non existent, offered a coffee and a croissant on the way out in the morning. No coffee facilities in room

    Room was a health hazard needs an update mirror hanging off the wall waiting to drop desks falling apart staff nice mostly there is no bar or restaurant or lift in this "hotel" more of a hostel hopefully they update

    This hotel has very very helpful staff, please be aware this hotel has NO lift and 6 stores! The rooms could do with decorating and the curtains being put up properly as hanging off! Rooms quite clean but furniture needs updating.

    I loved the location. 5 minute walk to the main station. 15 minute walk to the old center. Everything was super clean. The staff was nice. There’s many places to eat around. Overall good! Would stay again.In the room there were no hangers so we had to put our wet towels and coats all over the place. There could also be more hangers in the showers.Also, my bed was like a pull out from under the other or like foldable and you could feel the division in the middle. Even so, I slept good :)

    We had a family room which was big and with our own shower and toilet so that was good. But the water in the shower was bad pressure and hard to find a good temperature. It was unbelievable hot and very noicy outside so hard to sleep. And on the third floor with no elevator. So in total not our best stay but kind of ok for that price and the few hours.
