    This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.We stayed at the Manhattan Hotel in Frankfurt with my wife and our child, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.The overall condition of the room was far below what we expected from a hotel. The room did not feel properly cleaned, the bedding appeared unhygienic, and there were visible stains and hair in places where no guest should ever find them. The mattress was also in very poor condition and caused serious discomfort during the night.What made the situation even worse was the checkout experience. We were charged €523 for allegedly smoking in the room, even though we do not smoke and strongly deny this accusation. No clear evidence was provided to justify such a charge, and the way the matter was handled felt unfair and highly unprofessional.As guests traveling as a family, we expected at least basic cleanliness, respectful service, and a fair approach to any issues. Unfortunately, we received none of that.I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Based on our experience, the level of cleanliness, comfort, service, and customer treatment was completely unacceptable.0/10. I would not stay here again

    This is not a hotel. This is a crime scene.I have stayed in places that were far from comfortable — including extremely rough hostels, questionable guesthouses, and mattresses I would rather forget. None of them came close to the soul-crushing nightmare that is the Manhattan Hotel in Frankfurt.From the moment you step inside, the staff treats you as if your very presence is an inconvenience. The room was filthy beyond description — hair on the pillows, mysterious stains on the bedding, and a mattress so worn out that I woke up with severe back pain.But the true masterpiece came at checkout. These people had the audacity to charge me €489 for “smoking in the room” — despite the fact that I do not even smoke. It did not feel like a bill; it felt like a straight-up robbery.This is not a hotel. It is a disgusting, neglected, money-grabbing establishment run by people who appear to have no respect for their guests. The Manhattan Hotel feels like the result of hospitality being stripped of every trace of care, cleanliness, and basic human decency.I would rather sleep outside in the rain than ever set foot in this absolute disgrace of a property again.0 out of 10. Do not stay here. Do not recommend it to anyone. Do not even consider it.

    Perfect location if you’re in Frankfurt to see a football match, main train station across the road only 2 stops on the train to the Deutsche Bank Park Stadium. Good food and bar spots nearby. General area a bit run down with some dodgy locals hanging about. Hotel room itself was perfect and the staff were accommodating and friendly - especially Simon who accommodated our early check-in request. All-in-all would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere for a short stay.

    Very good hotel and very polite staff on reception very friendly and helpful there are bar and price is cheap and offerdable
