    Good place and cheap place to stay downtown

    The hotel is a middle class hotel which exists for quite some years. The room was clean and had a modernized bath room. Breakfast was very good at a low extra price.The hotel is located in the heart of the "Bahnhofsviertel" with some distance to the red light district. Lots of shops around and the city centre is a 5 minutes walk.

    Hotel is nice and tiny reception, no parking in front , only by hotel garage , very tiny garage , the room is good and location very nice , I stayed one night only , I think it is enough for this hotel

    our room was clean enough and spacious enough. As a budget style hotel, this is reasonable. However, the room is very noisy all night with lots of light entering the room at night, and the area is pretty dodgy, although there are lots of food options nearby. Okay for a short stay.Wasn’t far to walk to the main square in Frankfurt, or to the Main River or the train station- Hbf.

    The hotel is a big dated,nothing fancy.No kettle and cups. Just wine glasses and fridge.The room was very warm and the beds are very comfortable and cleaned every day. The area was a bit noisy at night and wasn't the best of areas but close to train station.Lots of beggars and people sleeping in the streets, spent most of our time at the markets.

    Actually I booked this hotel's room from Feb 10 to 13 but I got COVID on Feb 8 which means I can not go to Germany as scheduled. I sent my medical certificate to hotel but I was informed that they refused to cancel this booking. I got their official website and sent several mail to their mail box but nobody answered until today. May I know why this booking cannot be cancelled under Force Majeure? I heard from my colleague that this hotel refused to cancel his booking as well few days ago. Now we have drafted the letter to federal government alreaday about this case. So please pay more attention once you want to book this hotel.
