    Terrible air conditioning

    Hotel staff failed to mention at check in that their air conditioning isn’t working. It was a terrible experience for me staying here. I stayed here with my family to get a good nights sleep before a long flight back to USA. However I could not sleep on my layover as the air conditioning was not working. It was over 26 degrees C - 80 F at 1AM in the room despite being 19 C - 66 F outside

    Large, modern, elegant place right on the river with easy access to FRA airport. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Good customer service and convenient parking either free around the corner by the river or for a reasonable price in their covered garage.

    Nice Hotel but lets get honest, it is a three star property, nothing more. They use the self check in to get around having 24h covered reception! We arrived mid afternoon and took advantage of the old fashioned check in, we were allowed to park our bikes around back under the hotel in a special covered area for bicycles. The rooms are small but perfectly fine, everything is modern. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good without being exceptional, the beers though were very good! Breakfast was by the highlight of the stay with a bit of everything. Warning for those who sleep with the windows open, the hotel is directly under the flight path.

    Our group happened to pass through Russelhiem en route to Speyer. The MK Hotel was a rendevous point...and we had a few hours in the bar which was a friendly welcoming space with its own brewery. Five stars is awarded for the house beer and super friendly service. This will be where I stay when next time in Russelshiem for sure

    We did just stay for a single night at this modern hotel in Rüsselsheim. Self-Checkin was a bit strange to us, especially because it was not very late when we arrived and nobody was at the reception. Our room was very clean and neat so we spent a relaxing evening/night.
