  Great place, clean, comfortable, well located

  Location: Very good! Further away from town center, but the tram stop is right outside the hotel. Room: Clean, well maintained. Comfortable bed. WiFi worked well.Shower, bathrooms: Clean.   Staff on reception able to check us in around an hour early which was really appreciated. Room was enough for what we needed for a single night. Bed really comfy and TV connects to your phone which not many do so we could watch things in our own language. Slight downside of not much storage for stuff but would have only been an issue if we’d stayed longer. Everything was clean and everyone was helpful. Tram takes you into the city around 10 mins ride and there’s a Lidl nearby for cheaper drinks and snacks.   Over priced bad service

  After spending the weekend here to visit frankfurt Christmas market, which was amazing...I will never stay in this hotel again.as a party of 10 of us.Our 1st night we eat in the bar area ... 14 Euro s for a cold under heated toastie they forgot some of our food we had to remind them.The drinks are over priced. 8 Euro's for two cups of teas !!! As they have no tea making in the rooms its Day light robbery !!! Robin Hood would be proud of you.The only positive thing about my stay in this hotel is the available games.   Another reason to stay less at Marriott hotels

  Marriott is great at putting on a superficial caring act for those who show the chain loyalty (in my case enough loyalty to have reached lifetime platinum and, on an annual basis, titanium), but when it comes to anything more than lip service, the chain quickly shows its true face and falls short. This hotel is a perfect example of that. There was absolutely no recognition of my loyalty, and I see that I didn't even get the standard 500-point welcome gift. The hotel either didn't know enough to grant it, even though I made this reservation as usual via my account the Marriott website, or, more likely, it just didn't care.Not only that, but despite making sure the hotel had my correct email address so that I would get the invoice, I never got the invoice. Since, unlike Hyatt (which I have now started to stay with), Marriott doesn't make it easy for guests to request an invoice on the website, I had to call to request it. There being no service hotline even for titanium, this meant waiting just shy of 13 minutes. For a change, the agent dispensed with the usual "thank you for your loyalty", which is fine, as it is never sincere anyway, as evidenced by my need to call in the first place. It took eight more minutes to be told that I should wait five business days for the folio and that if I didn't see the 500-point welcome gift in my account then, to call again.I really don't see how Marriott can convince itself that staying at their hotels is worth it.   Ok but could be so much better

  I had written a 4 star review however deleted it and have now put in a 2 star review due to poor service.The hotel is modern and our family room is large although does not have basic facilities such as a safe, a kettle and charging ports on both sides of the bed. Mattress is far too soft and springy also. There is also one small very soft pillow for each person which is definitely not enough. Before going out for the evening I asked for more pillows and was advised they would be taken straight up. Came back around 9.30pm and no extra pillows. I was not feeling well and wanted to go to bed so went back and asked again and the girl on reception said she would bring them up in 5 mins. This was an hour and 15 mins ago and I am still waiting. I can't go to sleep until I get them and will need to go and ask again for a third time. Very poor service especially when the room is not cheap.Decent location, around 10 mins on tram into centre, tram stop right outside. Good car park at €17 per night.Would not recommend due to points mentioned above. The Moxy concept is designed for guests to spend time together in the lobby, where there are water dispensers, plenty of sockets for charging electronic devices and lockers for guests. Of course, we are always happy to bring everyone a second pillow and it is completely understandable that it is very annoying when a promised service is not provided. Unfortunately, we cannot make up for this, but perhaps you will give us a second chance so that we can show that we can do better.
