  First of all they do not give you the room on time and the staff old man is unfriendly he said for me do not talk to me and angry and he said I am tired I said I need my room was 2pm and bopked paid reservation he said wait and talking to me like he is my employer and direspect way and even the old man at evening time was more and same behavior and this hotel was big mistske to reserve it I never have like this in my life and they do not want to help you or even say hi or answer the hi like they are tired to talk or always angry fave and not happy when they see you and the one afternoon was big drama I think he is morocan accent ( old man ) and the one at evening same all the staff are old thats why maybe ...need Anagement to change to young and more energy people staff and 3levator is old also and slow .

  Sharing a room with cockroaches!

  We booked into this hotel as it is conveniently situated between the main railway station and the Christmas Markets. However the hotel is in need of a significant amount of renovation to bring it up to a reasonable standard. Also, our ensuite facilities were shoehorned into two cupboards. The first had a toilet and a tiny hand basin. The second had a shower - The shower cupboard wasn’t even large enough to dry yourself in after taking a shower.As our reason for being in Frankfurt was to explore the city and its Christmas Markets we could’ve accepted its outdated appearance, and rather diminutive facilities for three nights.However, to our horror on the second morning we found that we were sharing the room with cockroaches! As the one we could see was dead we reported it to reception; it had been removed on our return that evening. Shortly after returning my wife saw a cockroach run across the room and dart under the bed. We reported this to reception and although they moved us to a different room it was only 2-doors away. Needless to say we didn’t have a very comfortable nights sleep.On entering our room we had found the underwear belonging to a previous occupant in the shower. This clearly brings into question the cleanliness of the establishment as the housekeeping definitely leaves a lot to be desired.

  I recommend everyone to avoid this hotel - it has bed bugs! I had bites all over after staying here, and upon contacting them about my experience, no one got back to me ever - neither to apologise, nor to say that they are taking care of the problem.

  Incredibly small shower

  We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The first at the beginning of our holiday, the 2nd on the last night. The room on the first night was adequate for the price we paid. We had asked for 2 separate beds & received that. On the last night we were given Room 11 - a tiny room with 2 beds that could not be separated and a shower that you could not step out of to dry yourself while the bathroom door was closed. I have never seen anything so bad. The toilet & wash-hand basin were in a separate room & the wash hand basin was so small you could not lean over it while brushing your teeth. The experience was awful & it took away from the otherwise adequate first nights stay. The staff were friendly but said they could do nothing. The owner should be reported for selling sub-standard rooms with such a disgraceful bathroom "arrangement". If you happen to stay here - DO NOT accept Room 11.

  I stayed at this hotel with a friend after the Frankfurt motor show. Check in/out was both OK, booked this hotel because it was the cheapest one I could find close to the train station and now I can see why.The beds/shower are pleasant enough but the stairway and room absolutely stunk and was difficult to escape unless you left the building.I would advise paying a little bit more money to stay somewhere else.
