    Just awful. Bar - terrible. Food at bar just god awful. You wouldn’t serve your least favourite family member this grott. Room - more lights than a seaside funfair but no plugs in reach of the bed Bed - singles pushed together. Mattress neither soft nor hard. Pillows - like misshapen airbags. Bathroom - mediocre. Two moth eaten towels. Facilities- needs demolition and pushing into the hole it came from. And all for €160 per night. I’m here for 2 nights. What a waste. What a wasteland.At least they had coat hangers that you could steal.     This was not my 1st time there. Good as always. Very nice and large room. Bed very confortable. This time I had time to test and enjoy also the sauna.     Worst Cleaning Experince in a Hotel DIRTY & LAZY

    They didn't clean the 4 rooms in 6 nights.You say it's for environmental reasons and they charge you for it.They weren't even able to change the glasses or empty the trash cans after numerous complaints.They only made the beds to cover their tracks.Airbnb service at hotel prices during the Fair, paid over €3,200.Dirty, lazy, and they don't provide the service you pay for.The room has been the same for 20 years, getting dirtier and more expensive every time. antje backhaus, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Frankfurt Airport West, responded to this review Dear Fernando G ,Thank you for sharing your feedback.
