    Just avoid this hotel

    Unpolite and not disposable staff. I had to cancel the reservation for a problem absolutely unpredictable and not depending on my will. In the past I had a similar problem a couple of times and the structures where I booked cancelled the reservation without any problems and with no charge even if the reservation was not refundable, as they understood the situation. This hotel staff didn't even let me explain the situation, the operator coldly stated they wouldn't refund anything. No more.

    I stayed for 2 months in this hotel for a long term assignment in Frankfurt area. Good sleep, very comfy, good support from the crew, safe area, close to work and close to the public transportation, easy access to center of Frankfurt and Train Main Station. Should improve internet connectio, very slow when hotel is full.

    Great for the opera

    I needed a reasonable hotel room for a 3 nights visit to the opera in Wiili Brandt Platz. This hotel did the job. I researched and tram 12 direct to WB Platz. Hotel was 5 minute walk from Niederhof station - 2 stops from the airport. So ideal. Tram stop outside and small supermarket 2 minutes away on opposite side of road. I had a single room, clean and with all I needed, shower, Wi-Fi (excellent) and comfortable bed. Reception welcoming and let me check in earlyish - 12.30. Breakfast was good. -cold and hot available. coffee excellent. Hotel was for me expensive but there was an exhibition on loccaly. Previous weekend much cheaper.unfortunately no English language TV news - but not really needed. Heating very good. Room might be htoo hot in high summer.

    stayed here with my family as it was shown as one of the closed options to the frankfurt airport.and this hotel is around 800 mts far from the Niederrad metro station which is a real plus.over all it was well worth for money :)

    Small, tidy, good breakfast

    Room was in a good condition. Entering the room you could smell that visitors have smoked here earlier but the bed is clean and the sheets are tidy and do not smell at all. The bathroom was very tidy, towels also. For me the bed wasn't very comfortable (could be softer) and the wifi signal was very week (room 110). The breakfast had a wide choice and was delicious. Many times better than in some bigger hotel I have visited.
