Location

This hotel is barely 1 km from Frankfurt am Main International Airport, one of the busiest international airports in Europe.     Very disappointed. Happened twice. First time they forgot to ask me if I wanted room to be cleaned, second time they asked at check in but did not do the room…. Supposedly for the environment but I mentioned I was happy to use my towel for two days. Just cheap savings , hostel type of approach

    ​If you are thinking of booking this hotel, don't. The management is entirely unethical. Due to an app error, I accidentally made a duplicate booking. The night staff instructed me to wait until morning to resolve it with the manager. However, the manager bluntly refused to cancel the duplicate, claiming "we kept the room," and forced me to pay double. Agoda said they couldn't help without the hotel's approval, which the manager stubbornly denied.​The terrible attitude of the manager perfectly reflects their completely broken service. I stayed for two nights, but they completely skipped cleaning my room (I did not use the DND sign), and my key card stopped working on the second day. Asking for basic help at the front desk took 30 minutes of waiting.​On top of the terrible service, the facilities are disgusting. The room literally smelled like urine, and I quickly discovered why: there was someone else's pee left unflushed in the toilet. The glass was filthy, and there was no fridge—just a broken hair dryer. The breakfast tables were too dirty to even sit at. This is the undeniable truth about this place. Never again.

    Perfect location for an airport layover. Terminal 2 is 15’ walking, and the train station is 4’ walking. Hotel is simple, with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and breakfast sufficient to start the day. There’s always taxis around. And the reception guys were very kind.
