    Good location

Very good location close to the S-Bahn and city center.Rooms are clean. Safe in the room didn’t work.At the time I stayed at the hotel there was a big construction site in front of the building which caused noise in the morning directly below my window. Front office staff could have mentioned possible noise from the construction in the morning.

    A hotel with character.

A wonderful hotel situated at the end of the S3 line in Bad Soden. A brief step from the station and the town's amenities. Good sized room with all the basics you need. Very clean place with happy smiling staff to greet you in reception. For the price this place is amazing and you can be in the centre of Frankfurt in just 30 minutes. However Bad Soden does have everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend a weekend stay at this hotel.

    Not very impressed at all

    rating24 Oct 2021

Arrived there late afternoon after a long drive up many motorways from France. My first impression was that my life had returned to the bad old days and I had been teleported back to the DDR of the 70's, with complete and utter indifference from the staff. They clearly did not want us to be there, and even more clearly did not want to be there themselves.Other than us the place was empty. Then I later heard them speaking Russian to each other and understood why I had that impression. No breakfast on offer "because of Covid" but it was on offer everywhere else in the town and in many other places we visited. Our room was adequate and clean, the actual building itself is magnificent and a lot more could be made of it. The town itself has a lot to offer but this hotel doesn't.A great and historic park just around the corner, miles of woods and forests just 5 minutes away too.Such a shame as this hotel is in a great town, in a great location too with lots to do.I will be visiting the town again, it is beautiful and has lots to offer, but will be staying well away from this hotel. In dire need of a change of management to bring out of the dark ages.

    Unsafe and poor customer service

    rating09 Nov 2019

This hotel indeed is one of the closest to the Bad Soden train station and in the heart of the township. However, 3 rooms were broken into in the morning after breakfast which we only found out when we were already at the fair. The hotel did not make any attempt to reach out to its guests to assure them their rooms were ok. Some of the hotel guests were very worried esp lady guests and were seen trying to discuss with the hotel management on what they can do to ensure their room and their safety. However their reception just brushed off their demands and not empathetic at all. Be forewarned.
