Guests are unlikely to find a better place to relax and indulge in Frankfurt than this establishment. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     A very disappointing experience.

    We had booked our stay in advance at a hotel we have been returning to regularly over the past five years. This time, we had reserved three rooms and arrived early at 10:30 AM. At reception, we showed our passports and were informed that the rooms were not yet ready, which was completely understandable. We were offered to leave our luggage, which worked fine.We then went out into the city and returned around 6:00 PM, expecting our rooms to be ready. To our great surprise, we were told that the hotel had been overbooked and that there was no room available for us after all.As a solution, we were offered a taxi to another hotel about 20 minutes away. However, this hotel was a standard conference hotel and far below the level and quality we had originally booked and expected.This was especially disappointing as we are a group of 8–10 people who have stayed at this hotel regularly over the years. Being turned away like this after a confirmed booking and many hours of waiting is simply not acceptable.

    Nice stay. However, there was unauthorized charges on my card. Been trying to get in touch with the hotel for months without any luck. So stay ended up costing a considerable amount than it should have.

    It was dark with poor lighting throughout. Hard to see around at all - even just to plug in a mobile device. Entire property is beat up. HVAC didn’t work and had to open the windows and deal with the outside noise just to be somewhat comfortable. Strong smell of sewer gas coming up through the sink drain and/or tub. Nauseating! And in our “Prestige Suite” (now that deserves a loud LOL), there was a large dark stain on the already dark sofa fabric that no one would ever sit on or use. So gross!!! The entire property had an overall icky kind of feel. Two pluses: restaurant food was great for dinner and breakfast (clearly not overseen directly by the hotel management). And the shower was strong and powerful with nice toiletry products. Skip this place for sure. And Marriott should re-consider having this be an Autograph Collection property. No way is it deserving of that.

    Contemporary Hotel Option walking distance from Frankfurt Main Train Station

    The hotel was able to suit my needs for my one night stay. Staff were friendly and able to accommodate any requests I had, the room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious enough for the rate I paid, and it was walking distance 5 minute from Frankfurt train station at most. Though I didn't use any of the facilities or the dining, I am sure it is as good as the room and a huge positive is that they are open till very late, even during the weekdays.

    Stylish hotel close to main station

    Close central main station and a busy street. Stylish and dark interior. Friendly reception. Deluxe room was quiet normal 4 star level. Never seen a minibar with so many different liquors. In the evening the hotel basement is more like nightclub. Bar is open until 4am. Room service was efficient. Breakfast buffet and a la carte on a good level and you can sit outside on the terrace.
