    My son and I always stay at this hotel and find it very comfortable and totally excellent breakfast . It is close to the main train station and just a block or two away from Hilton and Holiday inn . The rooms are comfortable and even have a bath too .Some sad and fearful people say "oh there are drug addicts outside " these people need to stay home and not go outside anywhere at all , there are some users outside , like any other large city and these people they don't trouble us at all ! Good hotel , please don't live your life in fear , stay there . ( we stayed there for the second time in May 2024 )

    If this hotel is the last place that you have to stay, cancel your journey and do not come until you find a good hotel. Never ever stay here!!!! The room, the hotel smells terrible. There is no breakfast, there is no water, the area is res zone and all covered by junkies. Never ever, they didnt pay my money back, this is why i have to stay one more day

    Just one sentence.. this hotel is 5 meters away from city of Frankfurt addict centre.I think you get the idea how the street looks like.. I will never ever return here.In the evening and late and night they scream and drug themselves and in the morning they sleep on the street and it just looks sad..

    Do not stay here. All roads around are littered with brothels and smack heads. We refused to stay here because we did not feel safe to walk back in the evenings. I highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague. All the pictures are a massive lie.

    Booked through booking.com and had a message from the property asking me to confirm my card details with a link. Never even questioned it, but within minutes I had a call from my bank, somehow the server had been hacked and it was a scam. The property lied, saying it was a server issue and to ignore it, then when I pointed out it was a scam, they were so rude. I dread to think what you treat your guest like when they actually stay. Avoid!
