Location

This hotel is situated close to Frankfurt airport just a short distance from Taunus. Excellent links to the public transport network are to be found a stone's throw away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 1008 non-smoking rooms located in a 9-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, billiards and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Set menus are available at lunch. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.     Give it a miss too no signposts long walk

    Decent room when we eventually found the hotel, no signposts had to ask a shopkeeper. Although room paid 3 month in advance they still took deposit and price of room again as deposit. Staff did not want to serve in bar very shoddy and we chose not to eat as did not want another hour wait.Breakfast included decent but they don’t like giving coffees and tea out very stingy

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, Mohammad and George from the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Mohammad Al-Abass heard we had such difficulty finding the hotel, and gave us a later checkout for no extra cost. And George gave us travel advice and helped us figure out how to drop off our rental car. In a time where you can never find a person to help, this hotel goes above and beyond.     This hotel was a really bad experience. Started at check-in. The receptionist told us we got an “upgrade” as the booked type of room wasn’t available. The “upgrade” was to a similar room but with twin beds - which isn’t really an upgrade for a couple. Next, the card programmer didn’t work, so we couldn’t get into our room. They sent us up (again) with a porter to let us in, but without functioning keys, so we had to come down again later to stand in queue fir 15 minutes to get functioning room keys. The general impression of the hotel didn’t help - these were the highlights:- The windows were filthy.- The sound proofing was non-existent, so You could almost here the people next door breathing and the cleaning staff made sure no one slept till after 0730 as they were having a shouting match in the corridors.- The shower was schizophrenic, shifting every 5 seconds between freezing and “a touch of third degree burn”. - The online room-service ordering app didn’t work and calling room service (4 times) didn’t result in any answer. - The minibar was empty and the fridge didn’t work- The corridors were lit like a Parisienne catacomb- The elevator shook and made noises as if it was pondering plunging us to our deaths Finally (maybe not the hotels fault but still), don’t arrive by car as it is neighon impossible to find the actual parking area for the hotel. If you need an airport hotel in Frankfurt, go to one (Marriott or Hilton, they are just as convenient) which doesn’t feel like it hasn’t been renovated since before the wall fell!On the plus side, the room wasn’t much clean (except the windows).     Was given voucher to stay for missed connection. It is a horrible choice. Bed is marshmallow soft and a child size twin. Temperature is roasting hot, even though service person came and staff delivered a Dyson fan. Heat and noise won’t allow sleep.     As of early April 2026, the Marriott properties at the Frankfurt Airport are now owned and operated as franchises. The executive lounges at both places are now unbelievably bleak, a shadow of what they have been traditionally.
