  Close to airport and train station close to get into to town easily around 5stops costing approximately 12euro. Also very clean room and Ivan helped me with any problems that I may have had.   Nice hotel with very accommodating staff

  Great front desk staff - very accomodating with early check in and late check out. We requested a room on a top floor, and they were happy to assigned one to us. The studio room was not big, but has everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable beds, enough lights. All cooking equipment. The supermarket Rewe is just 2 minutes walk (closed on Sundays).There are some citrus water and candies at the reception area. Breakfast is available for a fee, but we have not tried it.The shuttle service was convenient. It's free from the airport, but 6 euros to get you back from the hotel to the airport. If you decide to walk to the airport,it's only 15 minutes. We were very satisfied with our stay.   Nothing special, unreliable shuttle service

  We found this hotel to be just "ok". Our first impressions were waiting over 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport (well beyond the published time) and then giving up and paying for a taxi. After we had checked in, unloaded our luggage and went downstairs to find somewhere to eat, we saw the people arriving from the shuttle. They had waited at least an hour. On the positive side, we found the hotel to be conveniently located, close to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants and a Rewe grocery store. The room was clean. The furniture was pretty basic and looked like it was designed by Ikea. The sofa bed was unfortunately not comfortable but workable for 1 night. We ended up booking a taxi back to the airport for the morning because we could not risk missing our flight due to their unreliable shuttle. If we are in need of a Frankfurt airport hotel again, I would book somewhere else.   Unreliable and insulting shuttle trip after 30 h travel

  Extra booked it due to the airport shuttle, as our connecting flight was early next morning.Shuttle didn't turn up for over an our at Terminal 2 (despite scheduled every 30 min)!After asking the lady from information counter to call hotel re Shuttle, we were send to Terminal 1, where Shuttle finally appeared 15min behind schedule.This was just topped by Shuttle driver - after being asked about the shuttle's previous whereabouts - getting loud, accusing us of lying and insulting us.Hotel offered a free ride back to airport next morning, which was also not without obstacles.After 30h flight and just wanting to sleep, that was the worse experience ever!!Not worth the hassle staying there!!!!   The airport shuttle did not visit Terminal 2, contrary to the internet-published timetable. After wasting over an hour waiting for the shuttle, at the correctly marked spot, I was forced to make my own way to Terminal 1. There, the driver ended up picking me up, although he was 15min behind the published schedule.The published shuttle timetable appears to be nothing more than fiction. The bus driver was extremely rude and chose to lie. Sadly, he stated he had in fact gone to Terminal 2 instead to owning up to his laziness.I will definitively not be staying with them again. There are far better options around the airport.
