Location

This hotel is located in a suburb of Frankfurt am Main, in the near vicinity of the airport (ca. 1 km) and the railway station Frankfurt Airport. The hotel is situated on the edge of the city forest, amidst natural surroundings. Shops can be reached in about 1 km, while links to the public transport network lie approximately 2 km away. It is some 10 km to the city centre.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 10 junior suites, 20 suites, 331 single rooms and 222 double rooms located in a 10-storey main building and a 9-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in the indoor pool. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. For sports enthusiasts who wish to work out indoors, a gym is available for a fee. There is a wellness area with a spa and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

    We booked an overnight stay on our way back from Malta to the US. Upon checking in, many things did not work - air conditioning (over 90 F), refrigerator didn’t work, phone didn’t work. When we inquired at the front desk, the Ass. (that’s what his business card says, lol) Front Office Manager, Vincent, was condescending and told us their standards were not the same as in the US. What? Both myself and my traveling companion have been in the hospitality industry (both domestic and international for decades). Unacceptable customer service and treated us as stupid women.     Great breakfast, nice views from the room and from the gym! With our demanding 24/7 work schedules, we really appreciated having the best nighttime reception staff (thank you for kind hosting after a long workday, Mr Mohmand!).

    Double room set up for one person

    We were allocated a room in the Executive Tower but this double room was clearly set up for one person only. One pillow, duvet that didn't cover the bed, one bath towel, one bottle of water, one tea cup etc. Breakfast was very good. Free shuttle bus to & from the airport.
