  Musty, smelly, dirty room… not more to say. Look at pictures. Parking practically impossible in the surroundings, and very few spaces in hotel parking. Average breakfast. Dirty carpet in breakfast room. Very slow internet (wifi). Good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

  Ended up staying here as a result of a missed connecting flight with Lufthansa who had provided me with a hotel room voucher. Check-in was pretty swift. Handed over my voucher and was given a key and the WiFi password as well as asked what time I wanted them to arrange a taxi for me. The room was clean and sufficient for my needs. The bed was comfortable. More soft that hard. No minibar. The room was very warm but luckily the windows could be opened to get a breeze and cool it off. Soundproofing was not ideal but also hard when everyone has windows open. I arrived after the kitchen was closed and before breakfast was served so can not comment on either of these.

  A substandard hotel by all aspects

  Did not come here on my own accord, was put up here by Lufthansa for a night after a missed connection. I expected a mid-range hotel up to international standards, what I found was a rather shabby low-end hotel with a very basic, run-down room lacking all expected amenities (most importantly coffee). Despite obviously catering to forced layovers for Lufthansa, breakfast is only available after most of the guests will have had to depart to the airport. Tried to have a beer in the bar on arrival, was told I can only pay cash, on my query that perhaps this might not be the most convenient for the clientele I was told they are not an ATM. Managed to scrape together just enough loose Euro change, I was given a beer from a bottle (none was available on tap) that turned out stale. When I dared to mention this, I was given a lecture that I don't know what good German beer tastes like... Says it all.

  Old and dirty hotel

  The building is very hold, the hotel personnel not professional. No air conditioning, total disorganization. The breakfast very poor and no European choice. The rooms are dirty. I found a long hair on my bed just arrived and there were no towels. The toilet seat was half broken. Toilet flush going on for many minutes after the use. Rooms full of dust. They still have room keys and not cards. For a small bottle of water they asked 4€ to be paid in cash, not possible to charge on the room. We were a big group here for business and we won’t come back again.

  Hotel is old, not so clean, my room on the 4th floor has good view, no AC, only fan which is OK, toilet bowl has odd design, wifi is very slow at 4th floor sometimes dont even work at all, no fridge as they explained it cost them much to maintain it, free breakfast has limited choices and easily runs out if you came late specially on weekend mornings. free bike is not actually free, you need to deposit EUR50. They always knock the door twice in the same morning to replenish towels which is kinda annoying, they should provide guest with "do not disturb" sign. My room lock handle is broken. Key is too heavy to carry. I only chose this hotel as it is the cheapest availability when i book and availed the early payment benefit of booking.com . hotel is far from city centre it takes 30mins by train including walking to the Hochst station. If you travel by train to and from hotel it will take you 1 hour as the only way is via Frankfurt main station. It takes 20mins by Uber to Airport. I would choose a better hotel next time in Frankfurt.
