I had to call the police

Had to call the police. To have them get my luggage. There is no one on site to help you with anything. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though its a non smoking room. The tv was broken and they want to blame us it was cracked and hanging down from wall( see picture). The bathroom has mold. The shower door is broken (see picture) there is something on the wall that i can‘t identify. ( see picture) The bedding had stains see (picture)and my husband was bitten by something In the night (see picture ) we slept with closed windows. The one window is broken and cannot be opened and the entry door has damage. We stayed one night. After texting for an hour the first night, I called in the morning to cancel the rest of the 5 day reservation. They did return 4 days but we were locked out of the room with our belongings still inside because the entry code was canceled. I Called the service line again and this time they were rude. I called the police because this is now theft. They told the police there was nothing they could do, first because of data privacy. I gave permission to speak then they said i forgot my belongings ( medicine luggage bathroom items and clothing everything i brought ) then they said there is no manager available and he is unreachable and i have to wait until the next day. Then i have to fill out a form that i never received—i have screen shots of all the texted conversations and pictures of everythingTrip typeBusiness. Good price but not worth the aggravation if you have a complaint or problem

The first room I got had an old cigarette smell, the second had a broken AirCon which ran all the time and loud, a mobile vent worked on and off, did not cool and was loud as well. The service was only reachable via chat and phone and did not help. The price was high - the quality for that real bad. NO recommendation!

Very horrible staff...exceptionally awfulvery rude.Reluctant to offer any help while we need assistance.Pre-communication was very poor. They are not able to offer anything to help you. Cleaning Staff are very rude. Knock in the morning for nothing.Environment is bad.

hotel shut down when I went on March 3rd.

BE CAREFULL this hotel has shut down! booked in booking and we arrived on March 3rd we found it closed. not available any more in Booking. we booked in october 2023- nobody answers . booking found us a room in NIU CHARLY hotel at 100 m. booking reacted quickly once we call them. booking was for 6 nights

Terrible experience!!! We reserved double room during Frankfurt Messe at the beginning of March, 20days before they informed us that our reservation is no longer available and we should look for another hotel. They don’t even reply to e-mails or phone. Very bad
