Location

This city business hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the banking district near the main train station in Frankfurt. The Messe Frankfurt is about 5 to 10 minutes by foot from the hotel. Guests will be within easy walking distance of historic attractions such as the Old Opera House, Town Square and historic Frankfurt pubs. Guests will find numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and metro, bus and train stations all at the hotel's doorstep, while Frankfurt International Airport is approximately 12 km from the hotel.

Facility

35 single rooms and 30 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    So close to a great stay, I will return.

    Almost perfect.I have stayed in many hotels in and around the (awful) area of the Train Station in my time, always to attend a show at the nearby Messe.This hotel is a short walk from the station, though the area has gone even more downhill than ever with drinking, begging and 'smoking' everywhere.The hotel was probably the best I have stayed in around the area. It was clean, a comfortable temperature, had hot water and a bed I actually slept comfortably on, nice and firm (maybe even new).Why only 4 stars? The sound from the elevator...my God it was awful and pretty loud and my room as right next to it on the 7th floor. So maybe worse if next to the motors at the top.Anyway, it almost kept me awake and to a state where I was going to ask to change rooms but I fell asleep and the rest is history.Would I stay again? Yes but I would request a room as far away from the elevator as possible. I would not unpack until I was satisfied I couldn't hear it. Advice for the Hotel....maybe get it seen to or sound proof the room as otherwise I think you'll do very well.

    The quality of the hotel falls into the average for a 3-star standard. The location is near the train station, so convenient but the surround does not look safe. The room is not large. The service is helpful. There are some things to be improved. But the price is not high.

    Close to the station double glazed windows make it very quiet Staff very good and obliging issue with hot water first morning but quickly resolved by the use of another roomReception provided a kettle on request and bag storage after check out is a bonus

    The hotel is a brothel. Beds are broken and the management are not interested in assisting their patrons. No concession made, no assistance given! Booking prepaid in full for 8 nights, but not a single night spent there. Hotel management refuse to refund, even a 50% refund would have gone a long way in customer service

    Worst ever hotel in the worst area of Frankfurt

    I booked a room there without really paying attention, to attend Frankfurt Messe - such an error, as once arrived on site we quickly understood why it was a bit cheaper than other accomodations.Hotel is located in the worst street of Frankfurt : to access the hotel you will have to walk between junkies laying on the floor with needles in the arm, prostitutes and aggressive peoples. Then, the room was small, bed not confortable, and a lot of noise from the street - no wonder we spent really bad nights !Breakfast was great though.And now comes THE WORST PART, we were charged TWO TIMES for the same room !!! Because of a check-in error of the hotel and a misunderstanding of the receptionnist - we booked via Booking.com, and room was already charged by the hotel while it was supposed to be paid on site - what we did as planned. I noticed that too late, and then tried to make a claim via Booking but was refused by the hotel, which btw had notified me as "no show", while my name was clearly written on the check-in documents. True nightmare, really a hotel to avoid.
