    My daughter and myself were visiting Frankfurt to attend a family party and booked a twin room. The sliding door of the toilet in our shared room did not fit the door frame, leaving a gap of probably 2 inches, making the person using the toilet visible to the other occupant of the room. This lack of privacy made sharing the room impossible and my daughter moved to another hotel the next day. The room looked very nice but was not functional - sliding doors heavy to move, hooks too small to hold items. There was no shelf or anywhere to place toothpaste, skincare items etc in the bathroom, even for one person, let alone two. The milk in our tea tray was off (it had turned solid) and had to be thrown away. I asked for an iron but it took so long to come I was late for the party. The a/c did not seem to be able to produce cool air, only hot. When I mentioned the lack of privacy to the Receptionist he advised I should get the Executive Suite next time! This was not a room to be shared with another person and I would not stay in this hotel again.     Problems with cleaning!

    Booked for two nights. Stayed for one night. Got a room that was not cleaned and found out after an hour. Day after my new room was not cleaned before I left around 6pm. No apologies from staff.
