This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, on the south side of the main train station. Both the city centre and the international trade fair grounds are less than 1 km from the hotel. Frankfurt airport is 12 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 50 rooms, including 4 junior suites, 10 single rooms and 35 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Terrible stay. Hotel jacked the prices to €500 a night because there was a conference in town. Everyone does it I know (supply and demand etc), however the state of the place was very poor. Rooms smelt of stale smoke, lights were on very short timers and you often found yourself in the dark when waiting for the elevator. The surrounding area is not nice either. And to top it off the window in my room was smashed and, despite my requests, no attempt to repair/cover the damage was made by the hotel staff! Avoid, even at €60 a night!

    We stayed here after flying into Frankfurt. It's right around the street from the train station, very close to rental cars. We took a taxi to the old town square because our daughter was on crutches, and it was about 10 euros with tip. The front desk personnel were very nice. We had plenty of room with 2 XL twins in one room and another twin in the sitting room. Very clean. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. Fresh fruits and vegetables with the breakfast foods. Our daughter said it was impossible to stay awake because the beds and bedding were so soft. We used the WiFi with no problems. We only stayed one night and would stay again.

    TerribleI can't believe how bad it is,rooms are dirtySmells bad,the young lady at the reception was impolitethe hotel is near the main rail stationi don`t think the neighbour was goodi won`t suggest anyone go there

    A major fair was taking place in Frankfurt.It was hard to find a hotel at a reasonable rate and this hotel looked okay on the website.This is an old Hotel WiFi in room unreliable low quality bedding mattres pillows towels soaps etc etc.limited TV channels only.Bloomberg in English no CNN BBC or Sky which are usually available in Frankfurt hotels .the included breakfast buffet is very poor in selection and quality no fresh fruit besides apples low quality coffee .much better options exist in Frankfurt .The only positive is the close proximity to the main station which is a 5 minite walk .

    the staff is annoying. The "cleaners" only do up your bed, change the towels that are on the floor and bring more TP if needed. They do not clean anything. We were there for 4 days and during that time the floor of our room was quite dirty. We stayed there in October so some dirt is bound to come in with your shoes and they never cleaned the floors.When we first got there, there was a tiny 21" TV that barely stood up. It was the most basic TV there ever has been. The remote of the TV was a universal remote that didn't even work properly. Without saying anything to the staff the next day when we came in we had a new 42" TV. I was quite happy because this TV had internet connection and I could watch live TV from my home country. The day after that when we entered our room in the evening we had the same rubbish TV from day one. I don't know what game they were playing but it annoyed me so much. I know TV is not a big deal when you are on vacation, but after walking around for 12 hours in the city I would like to just lay in bed and watch my favourite shows.The beds were quite soft, but the pillows were the strangest I've ever seen in my life. Imagine a massive sack filled up with feathers. Now take half the feathers out and tie a knot to it. This is what the pillow felt like. Very uncomfortable, even though it was massive.The internet was alright, but at times it didn't work at all. Mostly in the mornings it cut out all the time. At least it was free.The overall room was alright though, no mold, no spiderwebs or anything like that. The bathroom was alright as well, quite clean and had a bath tub. Breakfast was not too great but at least they had sausages. If they hadn't pissed me off with that TV shenanigan they pulled I would probably give 3 stars.
