    Mini apartment very simple but cute, there were 3 of us in the room with a bed a square and a half as soon as you entered and a double upstairs. The only thing we did not like was the very small and windowless bathroom.Very quiet structure and it also seemed very safe. Located in a very good location compared to the center.     Absolutely disgusting place and we are waiting a full refund! We booked for 2 nights but didn’t stay!

    Our money is still not refunded and they don’t respond to our emails! There were old pizza from the other tenders in the fridge and everything was so dirty. There were bugs falling from the upper window down on the sofa bed! Just absolutely horrible!

    We stayed in the junior suite. A nice small apartment newly renovated. The building is in walking distance from all the major attractions. Only 15 minutes walking from old Town.High speed Wi-Fi.The only negative comment that I would like to share is that the apartment it wasn't clean enough.

    The location is very good, you can go to Ostend metro station by 10 minutes walk and you can go to Zeil by 20 minutes walk. There is an Aldi supermarket (Discounted supermarket) in front of the hotel.There are plenty of electrical scooters and bicycles near hotel. The rooms with the Main river view is perfect, they have a balcony with chairs that you can enjoy your moments. If you want to cook you have the appliance. The staffs are very friendly and there are parking lots that you can park your car. The reception is not 24 hours and after 11 the entrance door of the building is closed and you have to open the door of the building with your key card and things going complicated if your key doesn’t work!!The rooms doesn’t have air condition and in summer the room temperature is too high!! But you can find a little fan in the rooms.

    I stayed there from Nov 4 to 7’ 2019 and consider this my worst ever traveling experience. They charged me euro 1322 for 3 nights (euro 440 per night) to take advantage of a conference in Frankfurt and did not even provide me with towels in the bathroom for two days despite several reminders. I would advise travelers to stay away from this chain........ how can they not even provide towels ? after taking so much of my money in advance. They should have a rating of zero stars
