  Great Value and Spotless Hotel in Frankfurt

  Victoria Hotel in Frankfurt is top notch. If you need a reliable, well located stay near the train station without paying luxury prices, this hotel delivers exactly what most travelers need for a short visit. I loved this little hotel near the train station because it is clean, affordable and most of all, the service is great for short stays. I booked a single room for an early morning train from Frankfurt to Paris, and the staff were able to answer my questions via email and phone before arrival. The single room was small, but I would say the space was very well managed and thoughtfully laid out for one person. I loved the fridge because it was really cold compared to some mini fridges in Europe. The rooms have TV and, most of all, the hotel is spotless. I was impressed with how clean the hotel was, and the WiFi was the fastest I had in all of Germany. I was able to do Zoom calls easily without interruption, which made it especially convenient for business travel. Overall, the hotel is perfect for a short, efficient stay near the station.

  Decent Hotel for a Good Price

  Stayed 2 nights at the Victoria Hotel for business. Simple but of good quality. Single bed in a small room, but surprisingly fit for purpose. I would not have liked to have stayed in that room for longer, but for a couple of nights, it was fine. Very clean with a desk and good lighting. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. A bit noisy, but kept the window shut so did not hear anything. Staff very friendly. If planning a short trip to Frankfurt, this hotel would be ideal.

  Unprofessional staff and noisy room

  I stayed at Victoria Hotel Frankfurt on January 3, 2026 (4th floor) and had a very poor experience.Throughout the night there was persistent, disruptive noise that made it impossible to sleep. I contacted reception multiple times during the night to report the issue, but no effective action was taken and the noise continued.In the morning, when I raised the issue again and explained that I had not slept, the response from reception was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told, “What do you want me to do? You should call the police.” Managing noise disturbances within the hotel is a basic responsibility of hotel staff, and being directed to involve law enforcement was inappropriate.I wrote to hotel management on January 5 to formally complain and request a response or compensation, but I never received any reply.Between the unresolved noise issue, the manner in which staff handled the situation, and the lack of follow-up from management, this stay did not meet reasonable hospitality standards. I would not stay here again and would caution other guests who value a quiet night and professional service.

  Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here for our one night. The area is nothing special, but is walkable to other areas of interest. Reception was very welcoming and they did what they could to prepare our rooms early due to our very early arrival. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We would return.

  We stayed here back in 2019 and it was a most excellent stay which is why we chose to stay here again. This time however... First, the hotel staff was WONDERFUL! This was a quick overnight prior to departing for the airport the next morning. The room we were assigned was a bit worn but clean and comfortable. However, our friends said their room was dirty. I do not know if they brought that up to the staff. They do have a tiny little "bar" area where we had a drink while waiting for my husband. Parking in 2019 was not difficult but this time, we decided to return the rental and uber to the airport in the morning. Now, to the location. So much can change in 5 years, November would have been 6. The area, just one block to the left out the front door is not pleasant. Strip clubs and quite a bit of questionable activity. To the right out the door was better. We did walk to find a place to eat for our final night in Germany and felt reasonably comfortable doing so. We returned to the hotel just after dusk. The noise from below, though. Even though our windows were all closed, we could still hear someone playing thier music and loud talking. Luckily, it did not go into the early morning. I think it quieted down sometime around midnight. Again, the staff was wonderful! I think time has taken it's toll on the area. I usually take photos but didn't this time.
