  Heartfelt celebration in the heart of Kronberg.

  We celebrated our family gathering with around 30 people at the Meyer Heurigen in the Welcome Hotel (formerly Vienna House) and were thoroughly impressed. From the very first moment, we felt excellently cared for and looked after. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, warm, and very accommodating – one always felt truly welcome.The small but fine menu left nothing to be desired. The food was super fresh, of excellent quality, and truly delicious. We also found it particularly pleasant to have the option to serve our own wines for a fair corkage fee during the celebration.The atmosphere was also ideal for families with children: The children could play and move freely in the area while the adults could celebrate in a relaxed manner.Since all guests stayed at the hotel, it was especially nice that we were well taken care of again the next morning and could conclude the celebration in a relaxed atmosphere.Many thanks to the entire team for the warm care and for making our celebration a thoroughly successful and very pleasant experience for us and our guests.   Modern, stylish and perfectly located – a real highlight in Kronberg!

  I stayed at Vienna House by Wyndham MQ Kronberg on business and felt completely comfortable there. This time I was travelling without a family and stayed in the single room – everything was top modern, clean and comfortable.The location is absolutely perfect: directly at the S-Bahn station, with ideal connections towards Frankfurt City or Hauptbahnhof. The overall Mood is modern, stylish and a bit extraordinary – that’s what makes it so special. The house is ideal for workshops or corporate events.The restaurant, especially the breakfast, was outstanding – modern furnishings, very friendly and with a really pleasant atmosphere. In the evening, you can relax at the bar and enjoy a drink. The parking garage is also spacious and easily accessible.The hotel looks brand new and meets the highest standards of facilities and Service. Especially practical: In just five minutes you can walk to “Manja Manja”, one of the best Italian restaurants in Kronberg.I can fully recommend this place and honestly do not understand the negative reviews here at all.   When making a reservation by phone, you have to spell your names three times, because the Eastern European receptionist doesn't understand anything.In the room you can hardly move in the narrow corridors: The workstation is located directly under a ceiling spot, so that the screen cannot be read.Seating is a narrow board with cushions to the window behind.There is no manual for adjusting the air conditioning.The breakfast buffet seems to be rich is qualitative at university-mens level.The bill shows a "Bed and Breakfast" item, but this is the room rate, followed by the "Restaurant Breakfast Food" item - What are you doing?Hotewl is conveniently located but for me NEVER AGAIN Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.de.   Top experience in a perfectly located hotel. Kronberg is a very nice little city near Frankfurt and the train brings you in 20minutes to downtown Frankfurt. Check-In/Check-Out were perfect. We had a great evening with friends there and enjoyed a quite night in a perfectly tidy room. Service was top during our entire stay. So, I can highly recommend the hotel in every aspect.   If you want to visit the city of Frankfurt or any fair this is your top hotel. Virtually at the station and 20 min to City.Top rooms and nice restaurant. Friendly but unexperienced staff. Parking is expensive!
