  Nice hotel, be wary of breakfast charge

  This is a great hotel in a nice location near the train station however it is a mile or so from downtown area. Rooms are nice and big, bathroom is really big and roomy. Separate room for the bathroom was nice too. One big complaint, we booked through a secondary web site and when we checked in, we asked if it included breakfast. We were told it did. he breakfast is nice both nothing that we would have gone out of our way to order - it was just convenient. When checking out, we were told that it was $42 a day for the two breakfasts. When I said we had been told it was included (our other hotel on this trip had breakfast included). They said very rudely, you need to read your reservation, it is not our fault you were told it was included. Would not stay again due to this rip off. Shame because it is a nice hotel.

  Unusual room with strange décor

  The room was huge with a big empty space in the centre, furniture and lighting are Turkish/Eastern mix, lots of hanging glass, to us the effect was a bit unsettling The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

  I found this hotel to have a charismatic, slightly quirky atmosphere and the big room showed some signs of wear, but everything was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Being located at walking distance from the convention center combined with decent prices makes this an easy hotel to recommend.

  False promise of Air-conditioning

  I called a week ahead to ask about AC due to the 34 degrees Celsius forceast. They assured me the room will have AC. But the AC only spewed out uncooled air and I spent half the night awake in the stuffy room, too hot to manage sleep. The staff gave me the impression that this is not a sudden breakdown of the AC, but just the way things are. And since the AC unit is central, I'm guessing all rooms have the same problem.Travelers beware! The room you stayed in has AC, which is individually controlled. We checked the AC and it works.

  For a 3 Star Hotel an absolute Winner

  I stayed there just one night. It is a 24/7 reception. The rooms are super clean and very spacious. It is like a flat here in London ;-) My room didn't have a minibar but drinks are available at the reception if you fancy. The receptionist was also very helpful in choosing a restaurant near by. They have a map where the next restaurants are located and what cuisine they offer. Nice add-on.Sleeping quality is great. It is so quiet when the windows are closed. Amazing.Breakfast is another winner of this Hotel. It has everything you want and more.Location is great too. Close to the Exhibition centre and only 3 stops away with the U-Bahn from the City Centre.This Hotel offers a lot value for money. They also have a garden which is certainly nice to sit outside during the summer months.
