    Very basic room, good shower pressure but very dark room - hardly any lights. And minimal power sockets - had to remove one of the appliances to accommodate charger.Very good breakfast

    Not a 4 star hotel, overpriced.

    I normally don't complain.This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are over priced for what you get. We have stayed at other 4 star hotels on this trip and it doesn't come close to the others. We stayed at another Accord hotel in Metz and a competitor in Strasbroug which had much nicer rooms for about the same price. There's one power outlet and no USB. We're supposed to get high speed Internet "breakfast and surf offer". My wife went down to ask about it and reception just blew her off. Loud music outside for October, asked to change rooms, said wasn't possible. Reception seemed overwhelmed, only 2 on staff.There better choices nearby. I hope Novotel at CDG is better, we'll be there in a couple of days

    Positive: location, facilities including small swimming pool, sauna.Negative: no ironing facilities in roomno Air condition in roomWe checked online so there were no delays. Majority of the staff were polite except the young man who confirmed the check in. He seemed unwelcoming and abrupt.Overall we would give 3.5 stars.

    Had a fantastic stay at Novotel with my family. Check in was very well organized and super smooth, special thanks to Ms Priska for handling our reservation very well with no hassle , the true hospitality we haven't felt in a long time. Thank you
