    Horrific Place, noisy, dirty & disappointing at all levels.

    Rusty and broken shower doors, dirty toilet, noisy because close to 3 ways busy road, extremely small parking, scam all over bathroom walls, hair dryer electric cord was very dirty, very small room, only 1 light bulb for the entire room, no night lights on both side of the bed, only 1 night stand on one side of the bed which looks like a cheap plastic milk crater converted to be a night stand, NO closet or drawers to store my belonging, I had to keep them in my suitcase during all the stay! metal box tissues was empty and when I asked to be refilled I promised so but eventually ignored, TV on the wall was ridiculously small and has almost the same length as the remote control! elevator door very rusty, elevator was very small accommodating only 2 people at 1 time and the inside was full of graffities, vending machine prices were excessively expensive, Mattress was one of the cheap foam one that are not comfortable to sleep on at all. Waite time to check was about 40 minutes as they had only 1 person at the front desk which was very tiring, front desk person was poorly knowledgeable, I paid 135 euros per night and I stayed 2 nights, very overpriced for the service they are providing. This is a motel not a hotel that needs a complete do over. I witnessed a mother who asked for a bandage for her teenage daughter because she fell in their room and she had to wait for almost 1/2 hours to get what she asked for, Very disappointing and Unacceptable.

    Pros: location and common areas.Cons: they don’t offer only female or male shared rooms. Bunk beds without curtains for privacy, not every bed was provided with a plug. Coworking space was very cold and loud music. Shared kitchen didn’t have proper utensils to cook such as cutting boards or knives.     Perfect for a Quick Stopover in Hamburg

    Convenient Location, Comfortable Stay

    I stayed at A&O Hamburg Hauptbahnhof for two nights and was very impressed by the location. It's right next to the central station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city.
