    Very disappointing experience. The dining room staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time we raised an issue or made a reasonable request, there was no genuine attempt to find a solution or assist us. Management should seriously reconsider the staff working in public-facing roles and provide proper training on hospitality, communication, and guest care. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel.

    We stayed here for the night as our car hire company Wheego would not open the doors to us late evening so we could pick up our car. We found the hotel warm, welcoming and the Sky Bar was welcome after a delayed flight. The room was perfect for our needs and the shuttle price of €5 per person was ideal. A good night although the circumstances were sad...

    Very comfortable stay with excellent customer service. I would recommend staying here if you are travelling to the Hamburg Airport region. The hotel concierge / reception staff are very friendly and offered some excellent advice on sightseeing during some downtime from our business trip.Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable. I would consider using the hotel again.Ask the hotel about their airport shuttle service. Perfect for getting to / from the airport and far cheaper than a taxi.

    The hotel is amazing!!! Staff are very friendly and professional, room was very clean with an amazing view of the Hamburg Airport runway. Restaurant was very busy, the beef burger was very good. Went up to the Sky Bar located on the 9th floor. Amazing menu with a choice of everything.
