    Avoid a room over the busy street

    Stayed here on a Rick Steves Germany tour. We were spending 2 additional nights before the tour started for a total of 4 nights so had emailed in advance asking for a quiet room. Despite this, the room they gave us was on the busy street and so noisy we could not sleep. .The staff was able to switch us to a quieter room for the remaining 3 nights. It would have been better, however, if they would have honored our request from the beginning as they had the quieter room available.

    A good central hotel that's very close to the metro station to reach all the major sights around this lovely city. Loads of places nearby to eat, drink and grab a snack for the go. My room was a good size and clean too. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful, and the free breakfast was decent too. There is a lovely park and lake very close to the hotel tooI would definitely stay here again.

    We stayed in Hamburg for Euro 2024 as a family of 4. The family room was a little small but beds were comfortable and it was big enough. Amazing location near everything. Check in was easy. Breakfast decent. Nice view out the windows. Clean rooms. Would stay here again.

    Went to Hamburg for a wedding with friends. Stayed here for 2 nights. Great hotel, nice and clean, friendly staff and in a great location, 3 min walk to the subway, there is a HB munchen beer hall a few doors away and plenty of other places to eat and drink close by. Breakfast was included in the room rate although I cant comment on that as we ate out as we walked around in the daytime. Would def stay here again
