    Stayed here as solo business traveller.I arrive 3 hours early for check in and they went above and beyond at getting me a room straight away. I was very impressed and grateful., as I had been on the road since 3am. Thank you.The room was very clean, had all the amenities that you would need, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, WiFi, free safe, iron and iron board. And a nespresso machine. The breakfast was a typical mix. Continental and hot foods. Good choice and good coffee.The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star review was the lack of food service during the day. When I arrived from the airport I was hungry and no lunch service was available, I had to go back out and find an outlet to get a sandwich, this when I was tired and it was -4 and snowing it felt like a real let down. As a lone female business traveller the need for a hotel that can provide food outside of normal hours, even a light snack should be possible.     Perfect hotel for a stay in Hamburg

    We stayed here over Christmas and had a lovely time. We arrived early and were checked in no problem. Room was very comfortable with a big bathroom area. Comfy bed, big tv, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. We phoned for a kettle fir tea which was no problem. Stay were friendly nothing too much trouble. We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant. Breakfast was a great spread. We also had drinks at the bar which was small but cosy. They make a great Cosmopolitan! Location was perfect for hamburg close to U bahn station and also walking distance from lots of sights. Would stay here again next time we are back in hamburg.
