Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of November. The room was a little dated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a bus stop just outside and another around the corner. The self check in system was quick and easy. There's a lovely little bakery around the corner that we went to every day, definitely worth a visit.     Comfortable room, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows! Receptionist was very helpful and friendly and spoke English and knowledge of area and city etc helpful. Elevator to upper floors. Local bus stop into the city was close by, and there was a great little organic cafe just down the road with some amazing meals and snacks with very friendly owners! It’s not far from the city centre by bus and the price for room was good value. Went to the little bistro attached to the hotel once, but wouldn’t recommend!     Easy to find via satellite navigation...The location is slightly far from the city centre but public transport is accessible outside the hotel. Very clean and welcoming on arrival. The weekend menu in the restaurant is an absolute delight.     Clean Comfortable Balcony Kitchenette....

    Easy check in, clean comfortable room. Secure parking under hotel. (€10:50 per night for motorcycle.) Here during a warm September so with no air con we found the room to be quite warm at night. The windows open but then there is traffic noise during the night. Nice to have a balcony and kitchenette. Local area is light industry, a few café bars and Lidl a 20 minute walk. There is a frequent bus service and line 112 , round the corner from hotel, takes you to central station in Hamburg. A Hamburg card will give 5 people free bus and train travel for €19.90 or individuals at €11:90 each. Prices correct at September 2023. Over all a comfortable hotel with good bus connections to city.     Six friends travelled to visit the Christmas markets - on a budget. The hotel was lovely - some staff more friendly than others!! Our rooms were comfortable & clean with a balcony - we had no complaints about the beds and shower - all had great nights sleep. Location wise - there is a bus outside the door (route112) that runs about every 20 mins directly into the city centre - this was so handy and suited us perfectly. We bought the Hamburg Card but, to be honest, no-one ever asked for tickets. If it's a group visit buy the group card - big savings to be made - even if it's for 2 people. From the airport to the accommodation was straightforward too - got the train at the airport to S Landwehr station - off at it and just around the corner is the bus stop (route 530) that takes you to the door of the hotel. we found the public transport so handy & timely. Would definately recommend to friends & family.
