    Not perfect but cheap in a good location

    I have been for a football match visit 2 days in B&B hotel. It was easy to book and the location is great. Access to the U-Bahn is given and 2 gas stations nearby. Also enough parking spaces are available. The staff was nice and I had a quick check-in.Front door and room door need to be opened by entering a code. No card offered. The price was cheap for a big city like Hamburg. I skiped breakfast as there is a bakery about 300 m away. The downside for me was there the bathroom was stinking, the bath tub was slippery and no mat and the no heater available. The rooms are very tiny with no real cupboard or closet. The bed was okay.

    I must come in that this is a lovely very clean and very welcoming hotel and you won’t go far wrong booking in here especially if you deal with the reception manager Ayub who is fantastic and speaks perfect English and you’d be hard pushed to find about a hotel manager.

    Easy booking online, even with a dog (something a lot of other hotels don't let you add yourself.) After having spent the previous night in a horrible motelroom, the cleanliness was bliss. Big room, friendly reception, good parking. Quite far from the city centre (my own fault for not checking location).

    this no frill hotel is really tops. Great location, very nice rooms, small but compact bathroom. My only complaint is that the room doors are very loud upon closing which becomes annoying when lots of people near you arrive during the night. I chose not to get breakfast since I eat little and the cost would have not warranted it.

    Charged me twice and refund not received.Noisy room with noisy aircon, even when switched off.This is not a B&B, breakfast is not included.Worst hotel I’ve stayed in whilst in Germany. Now for the fight for my money back ( be careful folks!)
