    Very basic hotel but clean room and sheets. Some trouble with changing room door code but that was solved at the reception.Breakfast quite basic too but at least you can have the morning coffee with bread and yoghurt & grab some fruit salad with it.Access to the S and U lines very close to the hotel.

    Very clean, friendly and efficient hotel, 10 minutes into town on frequent public transport, and it is on the S-Bahn route direct from the airport.Also shops nearby for anything you might need, and a few local restaurants.The area felt very safe even walking back at night.We stayed on a very hot weekend, and both the efficient aircon and the good shower were very welcome!The rooms are compact, but the beds large and comfortable. Perfect if you're just looking for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the city.

    We stayed here for 5 days for a family visit. The hotel surprised us in a good way. Everything was clean efficient and pleasant. The location was also ideal for us (5min to the subway/tube station). Modern building, nice breakfast buffets - nice bathroom, and quiet room. Couldn't ask for more.Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.I think it also presented good value for money.

    If you want to do Hamburg on a budget - the hotel allows quick access to the city by public transport about 3 min. by foot. The hotel is a typical budget hotel. You will get what you pay for - clean and well maintained

    We where two adults and two kids, that had planned a two day stay, that turned into 3 days due to me parking my car, in a parking garage that was closed on Sundays.My family and I always go to christmas markets in Germany during december, this winter we went to Hamburg, and stayed at the B&B in Wandsbek. Its very close to public transport, and also to the Wandsbek christmas market. Not one of the big X-mas markets in Hamburg, but not nearly as overrun as the others.The family room at the hotel was not very big, but clean and the kids loved the bunk beds. The hotel has no parking lot of their own, but there are several car parks near by. One of which is NOT open on sundays, so my car ended up being locked up, forcing us to stay another night. The hotel did actually try to help in any way they could to contact the owner of the car park, but to no avail. In general I can really recommend this hotel, its seems new and clean. The only bad thing is that their mattress' are very hard, which mean that I most likely will not be back at the hotel.
