Location

The hotel has 12 junior suites, a suite and 180 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Always scary dark in the hallways

    The hallways were dark. When exiting the elevator it was pitch black. Lights did not activate quickly and flickered when on. Housekeeping was not great. There were dirty dishes in the hallway, garbage from a previous guest in our room, no slippers or robes in the room until we asked. The concierge was only available Monday through Friday 9-5.     The room did not correspond to the reservation. I received a room with twin beds instead of a king-size bed, in addition it was a room equipped for people with disabilities, that is, with a totally uncomfortable bathroom. Even for people with disabilities, the drainage in the bathroom was deficient. A person with special needs cannot collect and wipe the water from the bathroom, after the shower, the entire room remains flooded, which is even dangerous. In addition, the minibar was completely empty. Adapted rooms for guests with disabilities are part of the same room category and, unfortunately, cannot always be blocked exclusively if demand is high.We fully understand that while these rooms meet accessibility standards, they may not be the most comfortable option for guests who do not require these adaptations, and we regret the discomfort this caused you.Concerning your request for a king-size bed, we understand your frustration. Given the late hour of arrival and the occupancy level that evening, no alternative room was available at that time. Nevertheless, we recognize that this does not diminish your experience, and we apologize that we were unable to offer a satisfactory solution.We are also very concerned about your comments regarding the bathroom drainage, minibar restocking, and maintenance issues.     Superior room was quite depressing, poor design and very dark without any colour in furniture. Price was too high for the accommodation offered. Staff was friendly and food was nice.
