  Very small rooms - central location

  The hotel is very centrally located just behind the railway station. Rooms are tiny - if you place a suitcase on the Florence there is no place to move. No chair or desk. No air condition so very warm in the summer. Room is quite clean, as is the shower. Fairly low price. If you simply need a bed for the night, this hotel is ok. But don’t expect anything but the very basic.   It was more cold then the North Pole!

  It was terrible! In my many years of living I have never been on a hotel like this!☝️You can’t tell me that in WINTER a hotel can’t have some warmth.😤 my budget is not the biggest but at least I deserve some respect😠 I have NO faith in German humanity anymore! I am literally the one paying their bills.While we are taking about bills, then why do they only use it on vapes and cigarettes? The employees was vaping outside the door and the sent of strawberry-candy floss is not the one perfume sent that gets costumers running to get a room!😐Also why so many pictures of sea creatures? Like seriously they could have used that money for maybe some warmth.🤔I feel very sorry for the other guests because a man in the room beside mine was sounding very sick, his roomWas probably also cold🤒.Well I think they wanted me to starve because there was no breakfast.god bless America and that was it.So I hope they will do better or maybe just close the hotel some time… or a very very long time! Or maybe forever

  It was so cold that I could’ve layed in a freezer and it would’ve still be warmer

  I visited the hotel, and as soon as I got there, it smelled like someone had been in Sephora and sprayed on 2000 different parfumes. My friend and I had a room right next to some of our other friends, and their room was 3 times as big, although we payed the same amount of money, and arrived together. Our room was the size of their bed, no joke. The staff were more interested in their cigarettes than us, their actual costumers. It was so cold, that I basically became an ice cube in the night. I tried to talk to them about the cold, but his excuse was that it was also cold in his house. Then him and his friend started talking in German about that he couldn’t use that for an excuse. It was warmer in the parking lot, and I would rather sleep there. Everywhere in the “hotel” there was pictures of fish and octopuses. Maybe they could’ve sold the paintings and used the money on some heat. Or maybe not because I don’t think anyone would spend their money on that painting. I have no faith in German humanity anymore. Would not recommend.

  Great Location, for exploring HamburgEasy check in and check out. Friendly staff.The room was small but just perfect for a short stay in Hamburg. It was clean and decorated and welcoming.Despite the busy location, we experienced no noise and slept very well.We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

  Nice looking hotel and smartly decorated until you get to your room! Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in with a sub standard child size single bed. No hot water for the whole of my four day stay. Bathroom sink was blocked. Shower door wasn’t sealed and constantly flooded the bathroom floor. Very very noisy from the train station.
