    Very disappointing experience – and absolutely not worth the money.The room was extremely small, more like a shoebox, and nowhere near justified by the price. You are told you’ve received an “upgrade,” but in reality, it’s just a standard room.The noise levels were also unacceptable. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which resulted in a very poor night’s sleep.I travel and work extensively (around 265 days a year), so having a functional workspace is essential. Here, the desk was clearly designed for aesthetics rather than usability, making it impractical for work. The only alternative was a common area with loud music – completely unsuitable for getting any work done.Breakfast was mediocre, and the space was so cramped that I had to share a small table with a stranger. Not exactly ideal – especially after a night with almost no sleep.Charging 340 euros per night for such a small room with a dull courtyard view is simply unreasonable. Based on my experience with hotels worldwide, this is a place I would strongly advise against.     This Courtyard is located in a great location. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. The breakfast is good and length of it. Highly recommend.

    They sell regular rooms as superior

    I booked a Superior room with a King bed at the hotel. The picture showed an enlarged room with a sitting area and a sofa. In reality, I was given a room with a small armchair and a small side table. The room is the same as a standard room, only more expensive. It may be a couple of square meters larger than a regular room, but that is of no use. No bathrobes or slippers were provided, although they are listed in the description. This is simply deception of customers. I would like to add that I am a Gold member at Marriott. I can imagine how they treat ordinary travelers here. I highly do not recommend this hotel. The location is also not very good. Everything is far away and you need to walk or take a taxi to get there. There is a small tent card in the bathroom listing everything available. When it comes to the location of the hotel, it is about 500 Meter to the central station / city center and about 400 to the next subway station "Berliner Tor". Again we are sorry that this did not meet your expectations as well.While we do understand that expecting something and getting delivered something you did not expect can be a let down, we did place you in a room of the category you booked, that offerd all guaranteed room features including the extra space and the nespresso machine.
