  Visit to the Hamburg Christmas Markets

  I stayed at this hotel with the family for a few days and the experience was excellent, the rooms are well soundproofed and attention to detail. The room was spartan, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was always helpful and friendly, ready to meet every request. Also excellent breakfast, with a good variety of fresh continental and typical German products. The location is well connected for sightseeing.   Jeg anbefaler på det sterkeste IKKE dette hotellet! Pris/kvalitet-forholdet er fullstendig utilstrekkelig. Hotellet ligger i et skittent og tilsynelatende utrygt område. Rommet er helt lite. Vinduene har utsikt over en bensinstasjon. Det er støyende. Det er ingen måte å få en skikkelig middag i området. Det de kaller "parkering" er bare en smal innkjørsel ved siden av bygningen. Det er ingen sikkerhet for biler. Renholdet på badet er tvilsomt. Kort sagt, det er et forferdelig hotell.Highly do NOT recommend this hotel! The value for money is completely inadequate. The hotel is located in a dirty and apparently unsafe area. The room is just tiny. Windows overlook the gas station. Noisy. It's impossible to have a proper dinner in this neighborhood. What they call a “parking lot” is simply a narrow driveway next to the building. No security for cars. Cleanliness in the bathroom is questionable. In short, it's a terrible hotel. NOT recommend this hotel! The price/quality ratio is completely unmatched. The hotel is located in a dirty and apparently unsafe area. The room is absolutely tiny. The windows overlook a gas station. It's noisy. It's impossible to get a decent dinner in this area. What they call "parking" is just a narrow driveway next to the building. There is no security for cars.   Spacious room, comfortable beds, cleanliness at the top, average prices, it is really very convenient for those who have the flight early in the morning, because it is 10 minutes drive from the P11. I can not express on breakfast, we left very early, in the room is offeredOne coffee pod per person.We did not visit the surroundings of the hotel, but it's a stone's throw from an industrial estate. rather than the center.In the perimeter of the hotel you can park your car at a cost of 5 €, but spaces are limited; just drive in the next street to find free parking.   We had chosen this hotel because we wanted to break our trip to Denmark into two parts so that we would arrive rested. Arriving parking was already a hassle because there were few places on the site because they were all taken up by work vans. Walked to the reception and there we came into contact with a receptionist (called yousif) who in my opinion should take a course in hospitality. Very unfriendly, did not look at us when talking and also told us to take our cars off the site because all places were taken. Very strange because we had parked our car between the work vans. Sir said that the spots were reserved for the vans and that we had to go somewhere outside the grounds to find a place. Had to say this wasn't the safest neighborhood you could imagine. Finally being able to find a place and then went into the room. Room was well appointed, fine shower but was a sauna. No air conditioning or anything. Opening the window was not an option because at the gas station next door people were singing, drinking and making a lot of noise all night.Breakfast was reasonable to do and yet a compliment to the lady who stood in the morning at the reception.
