    The hotel is located in an average area of Hamburg, but the hotel is so clean and cozy.the personal are so friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean and comfort.The breakfast is very good, and service is also very good.

    It is conveniently located to public transport (U-Bahn right outside), shopping mall next door. However the property has a run down look, the hotel neon outside does not work, and we had a room that suffered from lot of noise early in the morning. I have no complaint about staff. They were professional and efficient.

    The hotel is in a central location and close to trains, buses, shops and restaurants. It looked very clean and felt safe during Covid, in fact the maid gave me a very dirty look when I opened my room door without wearing a mask (which I appreciated, thanks for the reminder). It was very hot in Hamburg when I went. Unfortunately, due to the location next to the Quarree shopping centre and especially Mc Donalds, there were a lot of people still outside at 1 o'clock in the morning, some drunk, and I couldn't sleep with the windows open. However I guess that's the price you pay for being central. I wouldn't think that it's a big problem during most of the year.

    Perfect hotel has only one problem - noise

    Very cosy hotel, near U bahn, S bahn, bus station, shopping center. Room was clean, nice, room service worked perfectly. Receptionist speaks fluently english, he was kind and helpful. Only one problem was noise from the main street and side street (the supplies started at 4 AM). If you open your window your room smell like McDonald´s (restaurant is just next to the hotel).

    The hotel was clean and comfortable. Right beside the u bahn to take you straight into the city centre. Staff were polite. Breakfast was in order. Would stay here again. I really have nothing negative to say about this place.
