    Bathroom is very small, walls are thin, drinks ate ecpensive, but it's okay for this price and my room was clean.

    was there for the linkin Park concert. would do it again! very nice! not far from train station, much cheaper than it was advertised on google maps.     I stayed at Generator Hamburg for about a week and had a really good experience. The location is great, very close to the U-Bahn, which made it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The price per night was reasonable for the location and overall experience.     Had lots of problems with our stay: rude staff in the reception, smelly bathroom and toilet, paying for late check-out that was not registered... The location of the hostel is very convenient just next to the railway station, so if you want to rest for some hours changing trains here it might be a good choice. But for longer stays I cannot recommend it. Also the prices seem kind of high in relation to quality. (We were staying in a dorm, don't know if private rooms would be better.)
