    Very small noise with air-conditioning ...good location

    The hotel is in excellent location but has no air conditioning the rooms are very basic and small. The showers and toilets are very strange with horrendous noise when you use them, so much so that the hotel provides ear plugs to ease the pain. Breakfast is good and Lars at the bar area is very funny and good

    It is a dark prison through the corridors, no staff welcoming, just everything done to cut the cost and service down to increase margins. You feel being a prisoner, not a guest. The beautiful view on top or the harbour view cannot compensate the cheap radiation of the hotel. Irritating sewage system in the room. Breakfast industrial cheap stuff. Not worth a dime. Never again.

    Good location, amazing view and conference room, but bad service

    I came to the hotel for a visit in October 15 - 17. The Meeting room we reserved, deck 8, had an amazing view over the harbor. The catering during lunch and the breakfast was average (very little options for vegan and vegetarian breakfast). the service during the conference was terrible - the coffee breaks were never served on time, although the staff was informed about our timings 2 weeks in advance. As I was organizing the conference, I had to make sure every day 30 minutes before the coffee breaks that the food and the hot water / coffee would have been served on time. This is unacceptable. more than once the staff forgot to serve the food and the drinks, with my participants staying hungry. The organization was very poor in this sense.The room were clean (very small, I had the sea view) and the personnel was nice.

    Vacuum flashing toilet makes it so unbearable to sleep at night. No air conditions - rooms are very hot in the day.

    Rooms are pretty good but lack of AC can mean very warm rooms during warm weather. Breakfast is well provisioned for and readily available.
