    Pls see comments in the differentboxes below. It is regarding service in general and too much papers that need to be filled out, at breakfast for instance, check-in, check-out.

    Lovely hotel with "all in house". Good restaurants and fantastics breakfast buffet.The good service and the friendly staff is the icing on the cake.

    Rat in the room and Ice bucket for 6euro!!

    I stayed for one night and was impressed, then came back to stay for 5 days, but i want happy, check in is too slow so the reception is always busy, boulevard cafe is nice, but the service is too slow. the rooms are nice and spacious, but a rat was playing around, and they charged me 6 or 7 euros for an ice bucket!!the interesting thing when i called that i have rat in the room the reaction was (ok will change your room)

    The hotel is lovely. Super conveniently located. Service is excellent, the restaurants and bars are excellent, the amenities and spa are excellent. This is an older hotel. The rooms are a little dated and could use a refresh, but are still spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
