  I will not return due to lack of cleaning standards.

  The room was not ready upon our arrival - even though we arrived four hours later than possible. We had to stand in the room and wait for two staff members to quickly just change the sheets, which was all they did. The room was not very clean. The room had no aircondition so we had to sleep with the windows open because it was so warm during the night. This compromised our sleep due to traffic noise (despite the room being on the fourth floor).I will not return. To me, some very essential and basic parameters were lacking, which makes it difficult for me to pay a fairly amount of money (which we did).   A good place to stay in Bergedorf

  I spent a comfortable three nights here, breakfasting each morning. The breakfast buffet choices were extensive and good. Hi tell Hamburg is centrally located in Bergedorf, on the edge of the old town. The only downside was that, with my windows open because of the heat, I was woken once early in the morning by a delivery below.   The hotel is definitely showing its age, with worn furniture and outdated decor throughout. While the rooms were clean and the staff friendly, the overall experience felt a bit tired. It could really benefit from some renovations to bring it up to modern standards. Good for a budget stay but not ideal for those seeking comfort or luxury.   Wonderful stay at H4 Hotel Hamburg

  We stayed 3 days at H4 hotel Hamburg. Everything was wonderful.The room and bed were very clean. The staff was very helpful and smiling. The breakfast was super.So If I go to Hamburg again, I definetly stay at H4 Hotel Hamburg again.   Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. I had previously extended my voucher by six months, but when I tried to use it, I was told there was no record of the extension. Despite having paid for the service, I received no written confirmation and was left with no proof of the extension.The lack of flexibility and understanding from the hotel staff is unacceptable. They refused to honor the verbal agreement, leaving me unable to use what I had paid for. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel. They are quick to take your money but fail to provide the service you paid for. I will not be returning and will make sure to share my negative experience with others.
