Facility

12 suites, 61 single rooms and 312 double rooms are available to guests in an 18-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     The rooms are wired enough , the stuff are friendly , the surroundings are good for free car parking , also check in check out service perfect , the reception area very good and comfortable, for sure I advice , just the worst thing is cleaning rooms , in early morning like. 8 am knocking the door of the guest , the complimentary water is not replaced , I don’t this is good , this broke up my review .

    There was no water during my stay. The rating is not for the water issue, I understand things happen. The 1 STAR rating is for the hotel management's response to the situation. There was no acknowledgment of the issue. No apology. And certainly no accommodation for the inconvenience it caused. I spoke to the front desk twice and called the hotel general manager only to be sent to voicemail - which was not returned. This used to be my go to hotel in Lexington - no longer.

    3 nights in HI Hamburg. Room is great with good views of the harbour, night time views are amazing. Has moved from Holiday Inn brand recently but still good quality. Staff at bar are great especially Bakr and Raberzanahary… thanks guys … see you next time

    Worst experience so far.The room temperature can not be controlled and it's extremely hot inside when the outside temperature is 9 degrees. Could not sleep even for a minute. What's the use of a hotel if you are unable to sleep after a tiring day. However, it surprises us because the room temperature can of course be lowered or the window can be opened for ventilation. Next time, please speak directly to our team at reception, who will certainly be able to help you quickly or find a good solution for you - we are available 24 hours a day.Maybe you'll give us another chance to completely convince you next time you visit Hamburg.

    Too hot 🥵

    It is so soooo hot in the room. 24C and you can’t regulate. If I open the window it is too loud. I couldn’t sleep every night because of the heat. Why? What a waste of energy. Asked reception every day and they said the same thing, they would ask an engineer. But nothing changed. Everything else fine. I am due to go back next week, but will have to change the booking.
