    Denis, Mark, and the rest of the Bar Staff are freaking amazing! They knew our drinks, they engaged with us and made the stressful convention so much more enjoyable at the end of the day! Always, look forward to seeing them.

    Location good. 10 minute walk from S1 to airport. Lumpy bed. Breakfast needs improvement. I expected better from Hyatt.

    This place is amazing and walking distance to the harbor and other must-see sites. Did I mention that the shopping district is close too? The hotel restaurant is great, and there are so many others to choose minutes away - traditional German cuisine, Portuguese, Asian, Italian, and more.

    We stayed here for a weekend just before Christmas and we had a wonderful stay. From check in which was very smooth to checking out.
